This beautiful and unique gong portrays and emulates Vajrayogini, the supreme deity of the Tantric pantheon, also known as Kali. This gong is one of a kind, and made of 7 precious metals which have been smelted together and engraved. The sound and effect of this gong is very powerful in person. It comes as pictured, and with a mallet of your choosing.
 
The video demonstration shows the gong being played with two mallets. For filming purposes, the gong was hanging quite low, and the extra mallet helped stabilise the gong - however, it is not necessary to use two mallets to achieve the deep roar heard in the video. Playing around the edges with one hand will tease the sound up to a crescendo which can be finished off with a firm but gentle tap in the centre of the gong. It produces a very beautiful sound, and provides a very soothing, healing experience. I recommend using headphones when listening to the demonstration!
